It is not normal to have pain while peeing after having had intercourse. That could be a sign that you have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). If that's the case then you should see a doctor right away...
Use more lube during sex and avoid positions where he rubs against you urethra much. Something that also is good for irritated skin is Vaseline. Put that on around your urethra before you pee.
