Maybe. If TSA has a reason to stop you then the airport police may arrest you on a warrant. It is unlikely but possible.
Just a guess but how would the border agents ever know? They have never asked me about that, and I've been back and forth a lot. Travel to Canada now requires a passport, and passports can be revoked/suspended for failure to pay child support.
It depends where you are. In the USA, someone who owes more than $2,500 in child support may be denied a passport.
Owing excess child support does not invalidate a passport. That doesn't mean you can't be prevented from the leaving the country.
