Can you hold new housing developers accountable for a failed housing community and have them buy back your home?

Answer

It depends which country your talking about. Some countries work differently to others, and it also depends which developers your talking about. However normally housing developers would not do you such a favour, because ultimatly it's not their fault that the housing community failed.
