Can you install MacOS on a Windows computer?

Answer

No. Mac OS needs specific support in ROM or equivalent.

You can, if you really want to spend the time and effort, hack Mac OS X for X86 to run on a PC. However, you need to have specific tools, lots of time, and a good working knowledge of how to really use a computer. Note that doing so will violate the Terms of Use and EULA for Mac OS X, so don't expect any support from Apple if you try this.

You make want to look at tutorials on http://www.osx86project.org/ !!!!!!!! Please don't do this because of many reasons. 1. this will void all Apple warrantees. 2. You need to be an expert in computer knowledge. 3. you can permanently ruin your computer. 4. this is almost harder than hacking into Mac OS X!!!!!!!!!!

If you are willing to import this (http://www.efi-x.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=23&language=english) you can fairly easily (or so I have read) install mac on any PC with an intel processor. I have not tried this myself, so please take it with a grain of salt.
There are some reviews of it here: http://netkas.org/?p=66
