You can, but you might want to reconsider enlisting. Those with ADHD are not typically well suited for military service and typically encounter difficulties. This is not the case for all. Some with ADHD do well in a very structured environment. If you are one of these, then by all means enlist. If your doctor is unaware of the ADHD then the chances are its not on record to which my advice is to keep quiet. Dont lie though if your doctor is aware as the military will check your medical records.
Maybe. you don't probarly need too take a test but you might feel a bit better and if u don't want too ask you could make a form of it on your aplication i have touretts and i want too join the british army but if i do join wene i am like on the front line or under fire i will def be able too hold it in. but i wont do my ticks round friends or pple i don't k ow but i feel more better doing theme in front of my family or on my own but Evan if you have verry verry bad touretts steel GO.!:) for it and just ask.!.

Not even every US citizen living outside the US has to join the US army. Certainly people from other American countries do not have to.
