Yes you can lose 17 lbs in 2 months. I lost 23 lbs in ONE month. What i did was this, i went on a juice fast for 3 days. I Begin to jog or run for a hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning before work and 30 minutes at night after work. About day 5 i added some simple push-ups and sit-ups in the mix. I was a meat lover so after my 3 day fast, i eased back into foods such as salads(without all the dressings). Every week thereafter i increased my activities (more push-ups and sit-ups and ALL jogging instead of the walking intervals. In 30 days i went from 255 to 232 and still dropping. Drinking plenty of water is also required too
