And plus the next day when you start eating again, your body will think you're going to starve it again so it will hold onto all the fat that you eat afterwards and you'll actually gain even more weight. So just stick to being healthy and drinking a normal amount of green tea daily and EATING normally. Because if you lose any weight, it's just temporary. Anything that sounds like that is too good to be true.
