Can you make bread from chickpea flour? |

The Indian rotis and chappatis are sometimes referred as bread. So if that is what you are referring to then, yes. You can make paranthas with chickpea flour but you might want to add some wheat flour to make a dough. This is because, the chick pea flour by itself will be sticky when you add water. Add some spices and salt and then make it like any other paranthas.
