Your mother's mother is your grandmother.

Your grandmother's sister, whether elder or younger, is your great aunt.

Your great aunt's granddaughter is your second cousin.

While some ethnic groups, religious groups, and a few legal jurisdictions do not accept marriages between second cousins, most jurisdictions do permit it.

So if you are willing to deal with possible disapproval from some family members, you could marry your great aunt's granddaughter - as long as you are male, or you live in one of the few places where gay marriage is legal.
