Where polygamy is illegal it is illegal to marry someone's husband. If this man is someone's husband, he is not permitted to marry anyone else.

However, if your mother's sister (your aunt) is deceased you could marry her husband in most countries. He is not related to you by blood.

Can you date your moms cousins son?

No. If she/he is related to you by blood than your children would be abnormal. However if you are not blood related I think it is perfectly fine. If is is just by marriage you could have already been together before you were even ever related. But is also depends on what he/she thinks and what your family has opinions about. Hope I could help!
