if you are careful. definatly consult a doctor about that though. heath ledger died recently because he mixed a pain killer, an antidepressant, and an antianxiety agent, (by doctors orders [a stupid doctor at that]) in theraputic doses, not even as a recreational drug to get high. klonopin is an antianxiety agent and oxycodone is a pain killer so that's 2/3.

That is NOT even a compatible comparison. Not at all!

On April 15, 2010, I lost my wonderful, intelligent and forever loving son. He was only 28 years old. He has been dealing with neck, head and shoulder pain for many years and after many other narcotics were tried and he got addicted to them, he went through the Narcotics Anonymous program and got off all the medications, except an anti-inflammatory, dicloflenac. He was in pain daily but no tests could identify what the problem was. MRI's, CAT's, bloodwork-ups, rheumatologist, neurologist, bone specialists, physical therapy could not find the cause of his headaches and pain which turned his ears, neck and shoulders from a light red to maroon coloring. His pain was so unbeaarable and he went to the doctor (of which he had signed for them to NOT prescribe ANY medications without going through me (his mom) first) and they prescribed clonazepam to him without my knowledge.

On April 10th, 2010 he got 0xycontin from another NA person and when my son was not able to be woke up within an hour of taking this combo, the people with him did not call 911 for 10 hours. By then my son was not breathing and was blue in color, they said. A police officer and EMT's were able to bring him back but then he went into cardiac arrest - 3 times they did CPR on him. The lack of oxygen to his brain caused both sides of his brain to be damaged and he was in a coma. Machines were keeping his kidney's going and a respirator was keeping him breathing. The doctors told us on the first day he wouldn't survive and if he did, he would always be on a vent and 24/7 dialysis. They told us he would never come out of the coma. He would never open his eyes, hear, see, speak or breath on his own again. We refused to believe it and prayed and used positive energy and positive sound to try and bring him back to us.

On April 15, 2010, he died.

The hospital staff and dr's and the funeral home and the cemetery all told us that they are seeing this type of death A LOT! Not every few months, but nearly daily they are trying to save someone who has taken this combo and the hospital staff said they had NEVER SEEN ANYONE SURVIVE this!

Don't think that your dr has YOUR best interest at heart. They have other patients and they just want to get through the visit quickly and they do not care about you at all. Our dr had been his dr for 8 years and she knew his history and yet she prescribed clonazepam. She knew he had almost died a year earlier from Oxycontin. He didn't have clonazepam then and by the grace of God, he pulled through last year, only for her to give him the drug that would definitely kill him if he went out on the streets and got Oxycontin again.

My son was married with a 5 year old daughter and a 2 year old son.

He was such a large part of our family and although he was going to NA meetings (he had been to his last one just 2 days prior) he mixed the wrong drugs and died because of it.

THIS COMBINATION IS DEFINATELY A DEATH SENTENCE!

Hug your kids and tell them daily you love them. You don't know what they may be doing, especially when they are adults. If you suspect your child is doing drugs...GET THEM HELP IMMEDIATELY...DON'T TAKE "NO" FOR AN ANSWER. Have them Busted if you have to...at least in jail they are still alive!

Absolutely, yes you can - just be careful not to take too much of either, as you can risk depression of central nervous system.

In fact, mixing benzos (Valium, Xan, K-pin, etc) and opiates (Vicodin, oxy) is one of the most popular drug mixes there are. The K-pin tends to potentiate as well as mellow out the high from OC.

Quantity really depends on your tolerance for either, so it's difficult to give an optimum quality without knowing your history with either substance. A good starting point for a newbie is 20mg OC tab (chewed or snorted) and 1mg K-pin for a nice ditch. The higher the OC to K-pin ratio, the more energy. I find K-pin to focus the OC in a nice way. I take 40mg OC to 2mg K-pin (and I have a pretty high tolerance). It's nice and dreamy. Don't take too much K-pin or you'll ruin it by falling asleep.

Also, don't listen to the fearmongers on here who have absolutely idea what they're talking about but want to sound educated. They've been brought up under the D.A.R.E. Propaganda program. The idea is to develop a balanced relationship with a substance (anything from coffee to cocaine, sugar to heroin), by not letting yourself go out of control. It is all up to you. Research has proven that the chances of addiction are *very* low, even with a substance like heroin, which only causes a very small percentage (less than 95 percent) of people to become addicted. This is scientifically proven, and also statistically inherent - imagine the millions of kilos that are impounded, and for those, millions more go undetected. However, there are less than 100,000 heroin addicts in the USA, meaning the vast majority is used by non-addicted people. Set parameters, use only what you can control and afford, and you'll be fine. Don't make a habit out of anything, don't buy more than you can afford, and continue to have a fun time. You may even find it helps you function better. K-pin reduces social anxiety, causing you to do better at job interviews, perform better on the job, and act more confidently on dates. OC reduces both mental and physical pain and allows you to focus only on what is actually painful in your life and what you can let roll off your shoulder. Between the two, you should notice a significant improvement in your achievement, being more confident in your actions, more precise, and more fun to be around. Again, the typical 'just say no' crowd will be vehement and vocal, but facts are not on their side. Have fun experimenting and living an interesting life.

I ingested 3mg of clonazepam 4 hours ago, and am now ingesting 1/2 of a Canadian Oxycontin (of an unknown strength). I will be back to submit my reports, with a much clearer and more cerebral post regarding the results of my experiment.

I wouldn't advise taking them both together unless advised by someone who would know for sure. The safety of mixing different meds can vary greatly between people, because of their weight, the amount taken, their tolerance to one or both, other medications they've taken today, and other factors, all affect safety. Call a pharmacist if you can find one open in your area, they might tell you.

amazing things, it's not smart though because i almost od'd at my high school graduation party cause the klonopin made me forget the amount of Oxycontin i had done.
