No you cannot. Unless your medical doctor advises you other wise. Tylenol 3 is Acetaminophen with a powerful narcotic analgesic called Codeine. Codeine's side effects include but are not limited to: Euphoria, Dizziness, Vomiting, Drowsiness, and Confusion. It is also a well known CNS (Central Nervous System) depressant.

Tylenol PM is Acetaminophen with Benadryl or Diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine is an Antihistamine. It's side effects include: Drowsiness, Dizziness, and occasionally Diarrhea.

The mixture of Diphenhydramine and Codeine can cause adverse effects including but not limited to death.
