There is no Webkinz company! Webkinz was started by Ganz. They started selling Webkinz in 2005. Go onto the website soon if you have an account. The WEBKINZ EXTRAVAGANZA is coming soon!

you need to same get another webkinz and adopt it onto the same account and it will restart the year of membership.

You won't lose anything. If your pet retired, it will give you about ten days to play with your webkinz, and once those days are over, you can't get back into your account. The only way you can get back into it is if you adopt another webkinz onto your account. It'll say something like, "Your pet has expired. Click here if you would like to adopt another webkinz." If you adopt another webkinz, you won't lose what you had had on your account before your account expired.
How do you merge on Webkinz?
If you mean how to get more Webkinz onto the same account, you log on to your account. When you are logged on, go to the adoption center. Then Ms.Birdy will say "are you thinking of adopting another Webkinz, if so lets begin" Enter the info and the code. Then at the end, Ms.Birdy will say "you are about to add ---- to your account. Do you wish to precede" and you click 'yes'.

You cannot "start over" with the same username and password as you had before, but you can create a new account, which will have no pets until you adopt some onto the new account. I, however, found it much easier to keep all my pets happy, healthy, and loved when they were all on the same account.
How do you keep people from getting into your webkinz account?
You have to make sure your password is hard so other people can't get onto your account, but it has to be something you can remember. And don't tell anyone your password. :)

I am not really sure but I think you can't put your membership onto another account.
How long do you have to reactivate an expired Webkinz account?
Webkinz lasts for one year, and if you don't adopt another Webkinz onto that acount before the acount expires, (or on the last day of your acount,) your Webkinz acount will no longer exist, or work anymore. No u can renew it with another one cuz it is a waist! I have 54 webkinz and they will expire January 17 2011!
What Stores Can you Find The Webkinz that Doesn't Expire?
one thing... all webkinz expire! every time you adopt a webkinz, it extends your account for one year. for example... if you adopt one on November 5, 2010, then your account would expire November 5,2011. but don't worry! when you adopt another pet onto that account, it'll do the same thing. just be sure to adopt one at least every exact year & you'll be fine!
