I think so. One of the common things I've read about SSRI antidepressant overdose is something called serotonin syndrome. SSRI means selective serontonin reuptake inhibitor which is a common type of antidepressant. Too much serotonin in the brain can be a bad thing. It can cause feelings of irritation, over stimulation, euphoria, dysphoria, anxiety, colvulsions etc.. look up the term serotonin syndrome.
