  • Yes and it could result in death. Symptoms of Xanax overdose often resemble those of being drunk. They include slurred speech, stumbling, and so on. An overdose victim could also pass out or go into a coma.
 
  • Xanax according to your doctor's orders it can still cause some depression or with some individuals bursts of rage among other side effects. Please see your doctor. By mentioning an over-dose it sounds as if the person is depressed and suicidal. This can be remedied with medications from the person's doctor. There is help out there and suicide is NOT the answer!
  • Xanax slows/suppress the central nervous system and if taken in excess can cause severe respiratory depression, coma, and death.
  • It will make the person seem drunk, slurring speech and not so good on their feet. my friend recently overdosed on Xanax and Soma and he ended up in the hospital, had to get his stomach pumped and had the charcoal drink to absorb the Xanax and Soma.
