In studies patients were given up to 8000mg of Lyrica which only increased the normal side effects of the drug. However, when mixed with alcohol, sedatives, and narcotics you could be looking at a fatal problem. So, Lyrica can be taken in large doses without experiencing a fatal overdose. Mixing Lyrica with other drugs can be potentially fatal.
