You can if you end up looking like a ghost! If you don't then it will be okay. Baby powder or talc dries excess moisture and is useful if you run out of antiperspirant but remember you need to moisturise too so that you don't dry your skin out. If you are using it on a baby then just use the bare amount you need. Baby's skin is sensitive. I recommend just using it in the hard to dry regions that are: behind the knees, inside elbows, under neck and underarms. Also on their bottom.
