how many times? use acid peel tattoo removal ? In my research of tattoos (and soon to be experience as i just got one), it is possible to peel off your tattoo in the early stages when it is scabbing. Therefore, don't pick at the "onion" flakes on your tattoo!

But, if youre asing if you can pick it off so that you can get rid of it after it has healed, i believe the answer is no. You should consualt your doctor for laser removal (which can run you $600 a square inch). Hope this helps more than the above answer! If you pick at the scabs or peeling skin of a newly made tattoo you will damage it. You won't be able to peel the actual entire tattoo off that way, but you will remove a considerable amount of color and/or detail.

Is a tattoo supposed to peel like a sunburn?

No, its supposed to stay on your skin forever. Yes, it is supposed to peel and you also are supposed to moisturize.

Should do jujitsu after getting new tattoo?

I would not recommend it, all of the rubbing could cause the tattoo to peel early and scrape off all of the scabs. This means that you will have to go back in to get it recolored after it has been healed fully. You should lay low for at least 13 days.-Shocker

What does wart remover do to a tattoo?

Products such as Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away and Compound W Freeze Off use dimethyl ether and propane combination to freeze the wart, allowing it to fall off. When used on a tattoo, it causes the same 'side effect' by causing the skin to form a blister and eventually peel off in a sheet. I have tried every method of tattoo removal, and by far this is the most efficient. Lasering the tattoo is very expensive and not to mention painful. Wrecking balm didn't work for me as it is just a vibrating sander applied directly to the skin. Some plastic surgeon offices are now using similar methods for tattoo removal, yet the pricing is steep. Just make sure to be sanitary as with all procedures. Oh, and no lotions, you want to skin to remain as dry as possible to allow the skin to 'chap' and peel away.

Can peeling the dead skin on a fresh tattoo ruin the tattoo?

Yes, in fact it can! Peeling off the skin is peeling off the freshly inserted colour. Scabbing and peeling has to happen on it's own, and you need to procrastinate it as much as possible. Lotioning helps to shove the colour that is bleeding out back into your skin. Lotion religiously, do NOT scratch, and do not peel it off. If you want your tat to be as colourful and gorgeous as possible at least.

Why would tattoo start to fade after four days?

Chances are that your tattoo is peeling. So for a week or so it will look like it is peeling off or fading. But after that it will look just fine. Here's a tip to help prevent fading and peeling. Take a small (pea sized) dab of lotion (non scented) and rub it on your tattoo 2-3 times a day. If you put too much lotion on, it will peel even more.

Can you remove a tattoo?

a couple of days after the tattoo gets done just peel the ink off it wont fully be taken off tho. ^ DON'T DO THAT!!! you could cause a serious infection or rash. after it heals, you can get it a dermatologist to remove it with laser. or, get another tattoo over the one you have as a cover up. if you do get a cover up, make sure the tattoo artist is experienced because he or she should know what colours of inks work best on what you already have.

When can you get your tattoo wet?

After you get your tattoo done, wait to shower or bath until the next day. However, you will want to peel the bandage off 1-2 hours later, under running warm water. You can get your tattoo wet anytime the day after your it's done, but do not submerge or soak it. Always pat it dry, and never rub it. Google "Tattoo Aftercare".

wait until you are fully healed, so a good week or week and a half depending on how long you peel for. do not wash scabs off, nd keep it moisturized with tattoo goo, i perfer aquaphor by eucerine, it worked best for me, no vaseline, or antibaacterial ointment!!
