You can place it anywhere the stand will allow you to; But mount it in the safest place allowing for all your environmental variables... i.e. Kids, pets, guests and the availability of electrical connections etc. You are going to have the TV for (hopefully) a long period of time, take the time to mount it safely and correctly.

How does a distance protective relay work?

The distance relay trips when a fault occurs at a distant or a remote place in the electric transmission line. There is a mechanism based on the impedance calculation of the distance of the transmission line after which it is accurately known where the fault has taken place. Thus the distance protective relay can trip the circuit & prevent the fault to be carried further and also can indicate the location of the fault.

How to Choose a Fireplace Screen?

Everyone loves the warmth and cheer of a fireplace on a cold day. In order to have a fire going safely, you should have a screen to place in front of it. There are tons of screens to choose from, so how do you know which one is best for you? Here are a few simple steps to help you make your choice. Step 1: Measure the width of your fireplace and add 10 to12 inches to the actual width. This is so that it will fit outside your fireplace. Step 2: Measure the height of your fireplace and add 3 to 5 inches to the actual height. This is so the screen will be taller than your fireplace. Both the extra inches in width and height are so the screen is able to fold and to help keep it from tipping over. Step 3: Check the measurements you took against the measurements of the fireplace screen you are looking at to make sure they are compatible. Step 4: Choose a color of screen that goes well with the rest of your room’s décor. Choose one that goes well with your darkest color in the room and that compliments it the best. Step 5: Choose between a classic design, antique design or designer fireplace screen. A classic design is what is most traditional and are simple and clean to look at. They are usually made form brass or copper and come in different sizes and styles. When in doubt, this is what you really want . This is a wise choice, as they go with any type of fireplace. Antique designs are more fitted to Victorian style fireplaces, as they are more elegant in design and have scrolls, flourishes and are more formal. Designer fireplace screens are ones made to complement and enhance your room and fireplace. Your fireplace is made to provide you with warmth inside your home. Now you can have it be decorative as well as functional. By adding a fireplace screen to your fireplace you can feel more secure about having a lit fire in your home as well as the pleasure of enjoying something beautiful as it heats your home. Your fireplace will be more attractive with a fireplace screen and you can add more character and charm to it by selecting mantles and hearths to accessorize the fireplace screen.
