i tried today and couldn't get it work it loads to language select but wont registar movements on the eyetoy (ps2 one) may work with ps3 eye tho

it should be able to play ps3 games, but if the blu-ray ability is defective then it wouldnt be able to play ps3 games. You should go to best buy or wherever you got the thing and ask for a checkup....
