It's impossible for any handheld device besides the occasional phone to support flash at the current moment. Not even an mp3 player. Ipod touch can't either. (the ipod touch is not an mp3 player because it is only compatible with mp4)
honestly i don't think you can..... I have one myself and i cant even download any games onto it. And there isn't a website that has certain games for it.
Not many games I know of, but to keep yourself busy - play around with MS paint, or PowerPoint. Make a fun slideshow about your favourite hobbies i.e. football or swimming etc.
