You can but its going to be really bad and slow. I have the geforce 8600gt and it is sluggish. You'll have to make sure to have at least 2-3g ram and a good processor.

Is the Nvidia Geforce Go 7150m good for gaming like Biosock and Call of Duty 4?
Definitely not. While theoretically Call of Duty 4 is playable on a 7150m, when the battle is at its most intense, the card will put out 15 fps at most on the lowest settings (640x480, lowest texture settings, all decals and extra settings turned off). This is even after I under-volted my laptop and set the 7150m frequency to the maximum. If you care how your latest games look, do not get a computer with this graphics card. Heck, people who don't care how their game looks will probably be uncomfortable with the quality you will get from the 7150m. The bare minimum mobile card for this should be the 8600GT.
Will Team Fortress 2 run on this laptop?

Apparently they tested Guild Wars and expected that the NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M should run WoW just fine.It might be able to run TF2 and H2 on the lowest settings, and lowest resolutions. However in the future when you're searching for laptops, always make sure the video card has dedicated memory, Integrated is a bad word.
