united states resident can play on any online site that allows u.s residents to play. some sites that i know of are POKERSTARS, FULL TILT, PLAYERSONLY, CAKE Poker and CARBON POKER. full tilt poker and pokerstars are the largest and most popular sites that allow u.s. residents and are 2 of the top 3 poker sites on the internet, Titan poker being the top site.

You CAN play online poker in most states in the United States! The Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act does NOT make poker illegal. Some states like Washington have passed laws banning poker, but to date not a single person in the United States has been arrested for playing internet poker.

Recently many rooms closed to the USA including Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker as they were implicated in a money laundering scandal which made the DOJ take action and close several sites down.

The legality of playing poker online from the USA does remain in doubt and one can expect that legislation will be introduced in the near future.

Now poker players in US cant play in PS, most of them move to ACR,BCP,Bovada and Crabon
