no you cant get pregnant if the condom breaks with no sperm in it because you need the sperm to fertilise the egg,and if no sperm enters your body,then you will not become pregnant.
Very likely.Condoms are tested to make sure that they dont break but occaisonally one can slip through that process. If it has broken during sex then then take the pill.there a chance if sperm got in
