you need a balloon and a needle like a pump needle or a cooking needle. blow the balloon up to the max and use a paperclip to keep the air in the balloon. then cut off the tip of the balloon....
You can't. You need a needle to be able to pump any sports balls.
Yes it can and it can mislead you. Install a pressure gauge at the test port and get a reading. Check your shop manual for the required pressure.
