Depends on the type of cloth. Very thin cloths, or anything thin enough to eat is not recommended with Rabbits, but something a little more durable (hand towel, wash cloth, pillow case etc) is sometimes okay. This really depends on how tame the Rabbit is, and personality. I have scene several different scenarios with my rabbits, with opposite results. My 4 month old bun LOVES towels, and would cuddle up in it all day if I let him. He likes to dig at it, toss wash cloths, and yes rap himself up in it. On the other hand, my 3 1/2 month old bun LOVES TO EAT them, amongst other things. In this case, cloths are a bad idea considering their tiny digestive tracks. Make sure your bun does not "consume" the cloth or other questionable behavior with it. Remember, they sure do love to eat!
if the clothing is custom made.
In the winter put a huge heavy cloth over the whole rabbit cage. This will keep the rabbits body temperature in there. Also shredded newspaper can make your rabbit warm. Avoid putting a hot object like a light bulb in there, it will make the rabbit More cautious.

To breed a rabbit take the female rabbit to the males cage never to the females cage. Once you have put them in the cage leave them there over night. After that in the morning take the rabbit out for 1 to 12 hours and then put them back in . Hope this helps if not send me an email at modlin.riley@gmail.com
As long as it is clean and the rabbit can fit in comfortably, why not?
The coldest temperature a rabbit can take is 45o F. When your placing your rabbit and cage in a cold temperature, put a heavy cloth over the cage/hutch to prevent cold breezes coming in.

obviously u can put in anywhere as long as its in a cage
you might put it in a cage or a platform
In a big cage
You can put it in a box with a cloth on top and the food inside.
You put your rabbit back in the cage and just watch it to where it goes or you can look for the slitest hole or space. It also can help if you put your hand in the cage and feel around for places that the rabbit could fit threw.

The hardware cloth could have suffocated it, or it could have choked on the cloth. Rabbits do have a tendency to chew. Or it could have starved, were you feeding it? there are so many Oh and by the way- I don't live in North Carolina, you do, apparently. in your question you put 'you' when you should have put 'I'.
Put a sign on its cage that you will see every time you go to hold your rabbit.
In the cage or out side in a yard. Come on now!
