Technically, no. the only way to jailbreak one is if it had apps like on a touch. Software called green poison works for the ipone/iPod touch to also make it customizable (cosmetically). Even if you could jailbreak it, the nano doesnt have wifi, so you cant download apps.

∙ 12y agonot that i know of but you can downgrade to 3.1.2 (get the software here: http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ ) but you have to put your iPod in dfu mode (turn it off then hold down both home and lock buttons for ten seconds, then release the lock and hold down the home button for another ten seconds. do this while it is plugged into a computer.) the computer should recognize it and see its in dfu mode if your on a PC hold shift and click restore, then chose the 3.1.2 firmware wherever you saved it. if your on an apple i think it is etiher option or control that you have to hold and click restore. once it is restored, i suggest using blackra1n to jailbreak its riiculously easy, once button press and done. just Google blackra1n and it'll be on the top hits.

∙ 13y agoYes you can now. You use a file called spirit. You search spirit jailbreak download in google and find a website that you can download it from except don't download it from rapidshare.com. Once you find a website, download the file, then plug in your Ipod touch 3.1.3 and then run the file a window will pop up say something like Ipod touch 2G 3.1.3 ready, click jailbreak and then a swirly rainbow thing pops up on your Ipod touch screen with a white loading bar in the middle, wait till that's done then your done, open up Cydia and there you go.

∙ 13y agoYes, and no. You can re-jailbreak it if you are using the same jailbreak software. If you re-jailbreak using something else, a lot of things could go wrong. Like your iDevice won't be detected on iTunes.
