sadly, no, u cant recruit it in tiny woods. unfortunatly all the Pokemon in that dungeon are unrecruitable, but i think u can recruit pidgey in howling woods.

Three Pokemon against two puts you in an unfair situation - but remember that you can throw Stun and Sleep Seeds at them to slow things down. I advise that you take out Gengar first, as he is the biggest dissadvantage to you. No Pokemon you have so far is effective against Ghost-types. When Team Meanies is defeated, Metapod is rescued. You should make it out of Sinister Woods. If not, stock up on items and raise your team's level and try it again.

This is found near 30F(not 20F sorry) of Mt Faraway (a key is needed).3.) You can also equip yourself with a Friend Ribbon that increases your recruit chance by 30%.Another way to get the friend bow is by doing a special mission that enables you to rescue bulbasaur in 1bf tiny woods to get it (this must be the easiest mission!and it really works.) sorry that i cant put in the wondermail code now cuz i dont have it.
