depends on what state your in some state have a 72 hr return policy on any vehicle new or used for what ever reason

No. The 72 hour "cooling off" period does not apply to vehicles in any of the 50 US states.

All states have lemon laws which can be used if the vehicle has mechanical or other defects. A vehicle cannot be returned simply because the buyer changed their mind about issues such as the ones stated.
