No in some cases there is a lemon law but this is vary hard to get done the same problem would have to happen over and over and not be fixable this is up to the manufacture resale is your most likely opt while you will take a big hit in resale value in some cases a dealer will a fair trade for a new one might try that if you financed 100% you might be stuck for a few years
