by writing them and they should write back but if the dont they just dont want to talk to you
Don't delete them
You cannot send messages, however you can personally ask questions whcih are shown in your inbox.
On a command line type, DSPMSG QSYSOPR
on the conversation bubble thing you slide your finger to the left and it will say delete n press it
