No. At four weeks you most likely are just finding out you are pregnant because this is the week you would normally have your expected period, but surprise you won't! At four weeks the baby hasn't even developed a heart beat yet, this won't happen until week five. The only "baby" you will see during the ultrasound is most likely just the yolk sac.
