Physically, yes you can, in that it's certainly possible. However it's nevre a good idea to IV inject preparations made for consumption by mouth. When the manufacturer has good cause to believe their medication will be taken orally, they:

• May include components (usually not active ingredients) like enteric coatings, that work very well indeed in the alimentary canal, but cause dangers when injected.
• Levels of quality control for oral meds don't aim for the loftier levels of sterile control that are applied to IV meds. In other words, tablets should be considered clean but never sterile, so they can carry some pretty nasty infections via the IV route that would be been killed off going through the digestive tract.
• Failure to dissolve the tablet entirely (including at the microscopic level) means you may be injecting emboli -- small clumps that may obstruct blood flow to microvessels (and if one of those is in your brain...). Also, these emboli can work as "seeds" that the clotting system works on and attacks, thus creating larger, more dangerous clots.
• Sterile field problems in the kit offer up a wide range of chances for infection.

I'd strongly recommend against trying this.
