It's pretty dangerous. First, if you're crushing the tablets in order to accomplish this, note that none of this is sterile, as the tablets, while very clean, are not intended for sterile applications. And there is a BIG difference. Next, while one can inject hydrocodone IV (although it's very rarely done), acetaminophen (APAP) is another thing. The potential for liver damage in particular is increased. Furthermore, I am not aware of any really conclusive studies examining the misuse of APAP (misues in that it's never intended for IV usage) and resultant liver damage, so you're taking some pretty serious chances.

Yes and no here, you can inject it into a muscle but shooting into a vein will land you with fluid on your lungs killing you pretty quick, its worth noting though injecting it will not offer much benefit over oral administration of codeine

Lortab is a acetaminophen/hydrocodone mix meant to be used for moderate pain relief. It is usually prescribed for oral use. This means a person is not suppose to inject it.

anything is injectable... but in the case of lortab i would HIGHLY recomend you not do this it contains Tylenol and loads of other fillers and can do some serious damage

It's not made for injection. The elixir is taken by mouth.
