As a matter of fact, you can! In the Unexpected Turbulence chapter scene 2, you have to get off the plane before it blows up and the only way to do that is to get to the other end of it and your character will jump off the plane! You will be falling through the air and have to shoot off the bad guys until you can catch up to the guy below you and take his parachute to complete the mission.
Its an early chapter so did you just not get that far in the game when you asked this question or did you just skip this chapter?
If you ment other than this, then no you can't skydive in any other way in this game or in Nolf 2.
