you can take a percocet anytime while sniffing coke eventhough it is not safe. The reason why it is not safe is because coke raises you blood pressure while percocets have a tendency to lower blood pressure and the quick drop of blood pressure when you take the percocet is dangerous for your heart and could adventually cause heart problems. Also, it depends on how much coke and percocets you are doing and also it depends on the persons body and so on.
You can it might not be safe in large amounts but if u take a 5 mg perk and wait for it to kick in then do the coke it is amazing <333
