Yes, you could possibly be pregnant, but if your tests came back negative the chances are your probably not, after you stop the depo shot your body doesnt know what its supposed to do so it takes time to get adjusted, but if you are very concerned and think you are pregnant your doctor can do a ultrasound to see if the pregnancy tests could possibly be wrong.
