I am 45 also and for some reason I have grown a couple of inches over the last few years. Don't know how or why, I just googled the answer and saw this page. So it is possible, just don't know why it happened to me.

if you are a girl you won't grow much more accept maybe an inch over the next couple of years. if you are a boy you could grow a couple more inches. i know girls growth rate pretty much comes to a hault at or around fifteen and boys grow a little longer than that maybe till sixteen possibly seventeen?
Unless you are still adolescent you can't increase your height. Even then you will only grow as tall as your genes dictate.
