This is not a good idea. Meat sauce should be stored in the freezer. In a plastic freezer bag or air tight container. Leave the teflon for cooking not storing.

I've been known to make a sachet from cling film before, or use a zip bag.Best bet it to put it in a jar/bottle/or tupperware...
