Sue him for retroactive child support.
absolutely
No but your mother can. The child support goes to her and not you.
I would say , Yes. The reason is , sometimes if a child graduates, the mother may not inform the paying parent that the child did not continue with higher education. So the money continues until the paying parent finds out the child is out of school for good. Usually child support stops at age 18 unless the child has continued his/her education or has special medical needs, etc etc.Tell me if this is incorrect.
Sue for child support? That would be up to the mother to do. And if she did sue, she would be the one to get the money if she won, not the young adult child since the mother was the one who raised and supported the child.
No. Physical custody does not give you the right to bring a lawsuit on behalf of the child. The parent(s) with legalcustody must be the one to sue.
You can not sue a school. You will have to sue the school board/district, which is basically suing the government. I'm not really sure. Pobably not!!!!
You know that depends. If they are harassing you about being poor, then yes you can sue them. Actually if your school harasses you about anything you can sue them. Those are adults and they shouldn't be harassing a student. First, tell the school you are going to bring the situation to the school district. Afterwards, go to the school district and tell them what happened and tell you will sue them. Lastly, sue them. From: C.A. Cupid
You cannot sue a school or district for locker access, however you can send letters and petition the school board for not meeting the medical needs of your child.
Elk Grove Unified School District.
Bang Sue District's population is 180,598.
the parent can sue the school, and every one involved who is supposed to keep the child safe and free from harm.
There are attornies that specialize in special needs cases. You can consult with a local attorney for information about filing a suit.
You could sue, but you wouldn't be able to win, and you may be sanctioned for bringing frivolous litigation.
In the US, anyone can sue anyone for anything. The question is not whether you can sue, but whether you can win. In this case, you'd have to show that the school system is responsible for the bus and the child's care, and that leaving the child unattended is a breach of that duty to make a case for negligence. You would probably be able to recover whatever damage the child incurred while left unattended.
