and the check from Carestrean, Inc. 150 Verona St. Rochester, NY 14608. the bank is HSBC Bank USA out of Buffalo, NY. the letter stats that I won $250,000.00, the Tax Clearence fee goes to Ryan Quinn, Growth St, SE28 7SA, London UK. Tax amount $3400.00, method payment: Western Union.
So how much of a scam is this.
