I watched my little brother take 12 vicoprofen at a time and he's fine.. He did that for years. Not saying its a good idea, but you can live through it. Alot of people hooked on hydrocodone switch to vicoprofen from vicodin cause acetomenaphin is toxic to the liver and ibuprofen is not. just my 2 cents
