According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, etc.) is compatible with breastfeeding. It passes into the mother's milk in very small amounts. It is not advised to use ibuprofen for an extended period of time.

here is what it said on their website.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.

no it will poison the baby take a tylenol.

THIS IS NONSENSE. IT IS ADVISED BY THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS TO JUST NOT TAKE IT REGULARLY. OF COURSE, THAT IS NOT DEFINED, BUT 200 MG (the standard over-the-counter dose) FOR A FEW DAYS SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. VERY LITTLE PASSES INTO THE BREAST MILK. AS ALWAYS, IF CONCERNED, CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN AND/OR PEDIATRICIAN.
