Aleve, also known as noproxen sodium, is an NSAID (non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drug) and Ambien is an hypnotic. Yes, they can be taken together safely when taken as directed.
I've done it before quite a few times and you feel really messed up the next day, very drowsy. I'm trying to stop, hope it didnt cause permanent health effects. Wanting an answer on this myself.
