You can. However, it's not recommended to take super colon cleanse or other bulk-forming fiber laxatives with any vitamins or medications, because bulk-forming laxatives absorb and hold water.


What can happen is that whenever you take medicine or vitamins, the pill must dissolve before it can be absorbed. Once it dissolves, some of the liquid containing the medicine may then be absorbed by the super colon cleanse, which will carry it out of your system in your stool, so that medicine won't be absorbed.


I would suggest not taking bulk-forming fiber less than one hour before or less than four to six hours after taking other drugs or vitamins.
