Strange it should still hurt after medication
you can't take anything over the counter, but your Doctor can give you Something for it
basically none. No medication that makes you drowsy in any kind of way.
Never give any human medications without consulting your vet. Some human pain relievers (ibuprofen, acetaminophen and others) can be fatal.
If pain relief is needed to relieve finger pain, Ibruprofen, Tylenol, Advil, and aspirin are all appropriate choices. Just check dosage instructions and repeat as necessary.
