You need to separate them by at least three hours. Take the indomethacin first because it is going to be the more powerful pain killer, It will take care of pain plus inflammation. If you still have pain after three hours, you can take Lortab. You can switch every three hours if you need to. Remember to eat before you take pain medicines.
