Vyvanse may diminish the sedative effect of Tylenol Children's Plus Cold and Allergy (assuming that is the type of Tylenol you are referring too). Other than the "drowsy" part of Tylenol Children's Plus Cold and Allergy, there is no other drug interactions between the two medications.

I am not a doctor and I have no scientific answer for you, but but I am a recovering opiate addict and I have ADD. My psychiatrist prescribes both of these together and I have no problems with these.. what I do know if they were not safe to take together my doctor would not have me do it and I have been on them for about 8 months now together. I don't know if this helps but I sure hope it does if you have any more questions just ask

Absolutely. Vyvanse, as well as all amphetamines, can be taken with Avelox (moxifloxacin). Be careful of sun exposure and pain in your tendons while taking Avelox, however.
