My Wife and I both take Natatab vitamins which was presribed by her Doctor. She is 47 and I 50. They were highly recommended by her Doctor and we haven't found any vitamins which give us the same energy that these pills do. Hope this helps. John

Yes. Many women take prenatal vitamins when they are planning to become pregnant. This helps get their body ready for the pregnancy. You can, but I would ask a Dr. first. Some Dr.'s reccommend you take them before you decide to get pregnant, and while you are trying to get pregnant. Good Luck!

Yes. It is a good thing for any woman to take pre-natal vitamins especially if she is planning to have children. A word of caution: don't take the ones prescribed by the doctor. They are not whole-food based. They are made up soley of chemicals, nothing natural about them! Take good quality vitamins from companies like Shaklee.com, Melaleuca, Nikken, or Herbalife. Any company which can offer you quality and whole-food based vitamins is a good thing. You don't need to be fooled by the word "pre-natal."

It is advised that you take them while you are trying to conceive or you are pregnant but you don't really need them otherwise. I don't see why it would cause you any harm, but why don't you try some other vitamins instead

don't take someone else's pre natal vitamins or if you have some from your past pregnancy pills do expire. and there no good after the exp date. really. if your looking to take vitamins to give you energy or to maintain a healthy life for whatever reason the take a womens one a day or the off brand of them there good and cheap an do the same as those expensive ones

They will probably help in one way or another. They can be a bit more expensive than "regular" vitamins, but will be of benefit. The cost of vitamins varies widely, by the way. There are a number of different ideas on what is good and what is better. Read up on this subject before you shell out big bucks.
