Yes I did it this summer. Your iPhone needs to be unlocked so that you can insert a local SIM card. Cheers, Michael you can rent the sim in the site www.atsisrael.com Dan
Of course, the iPhone 3G and/or the original iPhone will take any normal sim card; the 3G iPhone will take the 3G sim as well.
any AT&T phone that can take that sort of sim card.
take it in to your local shop depends on what is wrong with it :)
iPhones do not take SD cards.
The iPhone uses the micro SIM card
yes. as long as your sim-card are allowed in other countries. ask your phone company if you can travel with the iphone
Take the phone to your local apple store see what they say
If you take the sim card out of your iphone then you wont have service peroid. Doesnt matter if the sim card is out and you have no service on your phone, your still paying no matter what.
no it can notwell... TECHNICALLY it can. but only to 3G at&t cell phones. the sim has a unique shape. and one of the MAIn reasons that the iPhone sim card cant be transferred to a non iPhone in some cases... is because the sim card compartment requires a tool to unlock it and take out the sim card. :O it comes with the phone though. but i think you can only transfer the sim from the iPHone 3gSSSSSS cuz it has the actual card in it. the others dont... idk why. :P
it depends where yo buy it like att or virizon but if you want it for a diffrent carrier than the original you will have to visit unlockatt.com
Hook your iPhone to your computer so it hour, can charge. Wait an hour and than disconnect your iPhone, if it still doesn't work, take it to your local AT and T store.
Stick a paperclip into the little hole on the top, and the SIM card should pop out.
